No, I'm not talking about Carter coming early-- I'm talking about me! But, we'll get there in a minute! Today marks our 38th week of pregnancy and here is a summary of what I have been doing lately:
Hey, a girl's got to sleep when she can! Anyone notice how Westin is hogging the entire snoogle pillow? He certainly knows how to get comfy! This weekend was spent in a whirlwind of cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning (and a little napping). 
Linc and I both tackled some projects and now the house is spotless and ready for a tiny baby to come home to. I was My birthday is this Friday and last night we went over to my parent's house to celebrate. With work and traveling and a baby on the way
we wanted to make sure we were able to get together so we had a Sunday night birthday dinner extravaganza! My mom and sister went all out with the menu and everything was so delicious! We started with some crab cakes and homemade rémoulade sauce, moved on to filet mignon, rice, and fresh veggies, and finished it off with Alex's new signature Chocolate Ganache cake. Yum!! Afterward I opened a few gifts which included a brand new digital camera from my amazing parents!!!! Yippeeeee! My mom knew I had been wanting one for a long time and now we have it to take pictures of Carter! Linc even got to practice taking videos so he knows what to do come delivery day!
What is this? A monkey? I think it's a monkey...No...

That cake served with the white chocolate whipped cream was decadent and delicious! A keeper for sure!
It was enjoyable and fun, and I'm glad you got to celebrate with us on a relaxing evening. (we missed you K&R)
I'm thinking Minky Bear may be a bit bigger than babyC, although Carter will have him beat in weight, what does he MB measure in length?
