Class Project

Last week my sister Kristin came to visit my classroom for the first time! She shared a Thanksgiving story with my students and then helped them work on a craft. The kids made "Thankful Turkeys" and on each tail feather listed something they were grateful for. I love being able to incorporate art projects into our lessons and it's even more fun when we have visitors!

Everyone hard at work on their turkeys.

I love the way these turned out!
We will definitely be doing them again next year!
