This weekend Linc and I were in Charleston for his brother's wedding. My parents and sister graciously offered to take care of the pups while we were away and we also came home last night to a
HUGE surprise! While we were gone they decorated our new guest room and cleaned the entire house! I'm not going to lie, I had been neglecting my chores for a while and the house was a bit...umm...let's just say dusty. They came through and gave it a top to bottom shining and it looks amazing!
I am so happy to have our new guest room decorated in time for our Thanksgiving visitors. We could not have done it without their help and I am very grateful for all their hard work! Here are a few pictures of our new room--- which means that the baby's room is all set to be decorated and we can finally go pick up our crib and dresser!

It all simply came together. We were there with the pups anyway... so we had to keep busy right?!
Friday we painted, Saturday we dressed the room, and Sunday we cleaned.
The end result does look great, if I say so myself ;-)
Wow! I want to steal your parents and make them mine. What a great way to come home!
