There are lots of reasons I should
not be left home alone on a Friday night.
I tend to spend hours on the computer (see evidence of time well spent here and here), I read countless blogs from beginning to end, I watch endless amounts of recorded television, and sometimes, on a rare occasion I actually leave the house and wander into dangerous territory. Like Target.
Here are a few of the reasons Linc might regret going to boy's poker night and leaving me to my own devices on this rainy, yucky Friday...
- Reason Number One: Dinner at Burger King! I have not had a cheeseburger in months, let alone french fries, so you better believe I enjoyed every single little bite of those puppies!
- Reason Number Two: After trying on swimsuits and actually not hating what I saw, I decided it was a good idea to ruin it all by ordering a Sippable Sundae from Steak&Shake on my way home! Pretty sure it is my entire caloric intake for the week, but I am not regretting it...yet...
- Reason Number Three: Button Collar Dress in Deep Navy (possible Easter dress)
- Reason Number Four: Seersucker Tube Dress
- Reasons Five and Six: Short Sleeve Argyle Crew Neck Sweaters in Heather Gray and Ebony
- Reason Number Seven: Scoop Neck Top in Honeysuckle
- Reason Number Eight-Ten: various other adorable spring tops that I could not find on the Target website!
Because it had been pouring all day I decided to be a lazy bum and grab BK for dinner on my way home from school. But, a few hours later my sweet tooth began hinting that it had been months since I had eaten ice cream and wouldn't it be nice to have a little treat before heading home? Of course I caved and am now enjoying my delicious sundae in a cup while I type! Pretty darn good if I do say so myself! Hopefully Linc is enjoying his male bonding time because I am about to have some quality couch time and catch up on Grey's Anatomy! Happy Friday everyone!!

uh oh, way off track. Too bad you didn't stay here for dinner, Alex cooked fish! We would have loved for you to stay, but I know the pups needed you.
Sounds like a good night to me...Big Man has work tonight so I might be in the same boat.
What a great night! Target is my favorite place to run a few errands and it always ends up costing me more than I intended. Hubby always knows this will happen... and warns me of it!
I am the same way. I'll hit up Target and TJs and then go to eat somewhere not so good ;)
that is the perfect kind of evening! target shopping, yummy snacks and grey's anatomy! and this past week's episode was super good! hope you enjoyed it :) friday nights relaxing at home are pretty much the best :)

hence why i now say that Target has a cover charge for even getting in - you can never leave without spending a bunch of $$$! love the new clothes. i need to go shopping myself!
