No, I am not talking about the basketball games! This past weekend my friends from school and I threw a party for everyone that had a birthday in March (I told you the celebration would last all month)! My friend Sandy offered up her house and we planned a pot luck dinner to help feed everyone that was invited. Linc and I went over to her house early to help set up food, create a play list for the night, and hang out before all the guests arrived.
We ended up staying til past 2am sitting by the fire, enjoying the outdoor heater, and talking to all our friends. Highlights of the night included our usually timid coworker dancing for hours on end around the whole house, dealing with a horribly cut hand when that same someone tried to pick up a broken wine glass that she managed to shatter while dancing through the kitchen (thank goodness she didn't need stitches!), chatting for hours with some of my favorite girls, and
chowing down on some delicious food. We always manage to have a great time when we get together after work and the birthday celebration was no exception. I am so glad Linc was able to come and we got a chance to toast our T2 victory because we had won our match earlier in the day 6-3, 6-4. I wish I had gotten more pictures of the night but was so busy playing hostess that I had to rely on everyone elses cameras! The
pictures definitely got a bit more interesting as the night wore on...which I heard did not actually end until 5:00 in the morning! Glad we decided to skip out "early!" Hope everyone had a nice weekend and enjoyed this beautiful spring weather! Only three more weeks till Spring Break!! Wahoo!!
