Take one little boy, a flock of chickens, acres of land to explore and what do you have? Hours of entertainment!! My in laws recently installed a chicken coop at their farm and this past Thanksgiving we spent the first part of the weekend visiting them. Carter was in heaven chasing chickens and spreading feed. He managed to master the clucking noise and wore himself out running around the lawn. The chickens didn’t want to get near him, despite the cupfuls of food he offered, but Carter still loved them. He is finally at the perfect age to enjoy going to the farm because he has the freedom to roam and explore. C was still scared of the cows, but I have a feeling he’ll warm up to them someday!
Baby C- Chicken Wrangler
We didn’t let C go inside the chicken coop just in case the rooster decided to freak out!

More farm fun and Thanksgiving posts to come! Hope everyone is having a great week ;)

I love his expression looking at those chickens... Chicken Wrangler, lol!
Wow, the farm looks like kid paradise! I love these pictures of everybody.
He is such a cutie!
How fun. My grandparents had chickens, and I have wanted some for the longest time. Michael thinks I am crazy - but someday.
