Charleston Children’s Museum

Because the weather was just so-so on our trip we decided to go into Charleston one day and check out the Children’s Museum. Carter took a while to warm up but once we found him some beach balls to play with he started having fun. The museum was really cute. There was a jungle gym area for kids under 3, a mini food store, a pirate ship, and a water room. The museum wasn’t too busy and Carter got a chance to try all the activities. I think he had the most fun pretending to go food shopping but there was this bratty big kid who pinched him when C tried to put something in his cart!!! I was so mad and this kid’s mother did absolutely nothing! Kind of spoiled that room for me because I had to watch Carter like a hawk after that to make sure this bully didn’t hurt him again. Other than that incident, the day was a success and I’m so glad we drove into town to play!

That looks so fun!! We must do a field trip to either the one in Atlanta or Gainsville soon!

What a great day! Love your collages... they tell such a great story. Eva would love it there... balls and shopping carts are her favorite.
