Crafting with Carter

Somehow in the last ten weeks my little baby grew a bit and is not so little anymore...I spent this weekend going through Carter's closet and taking down all the items that are too small for him. I came across the three hand painted onesies that Aunt Kris had made for us and just couldn't bring myself to pack them away. I had two empty frames that never made it on the wall in the guest room and so I got an idea! Instead of boxing them up where we wouldn't be able to see them, I would cut them up and put them on display! And so...

...with a trim here and a cut there...

...the onesies became wall art!

Now I just have to figure out where to hang them!

hate to see the onesies go, but that art work Kristin did painting them was amazing, so a good use of them. Now you can enjoy them all the time!

A-MAZ-ING. K is so freaking talented isn't she? Nora is in one of her onsies today too! What a great idea to frame them as wall art. I just might have to do the same when she grows out of them...
