A Glimpse of Santorini

We arrived in Santorini on Monday morning after a long ferry ride that left Linc a little green! We hailed a cab to our hotel, checked in, and then relaxed for a while until we got hungry. We took a walk into town and had some amazing pork Gyros for lunch, bought a few things at the mini market on the way back, and spent the rest of the day on our private balcony. After a quick dip in the pool (it is COLD here!!), we ordered room service for dinner and enjoyed the sunset over the water. On Tuesday morning we awoke to breakfast on our balcony and then spent the entire day lounging, reading, and laying out. We had a yummy lunch of club sandwiches and then took a mid afternoon siesta. Here are a few pictures of what we have been up to lately...

On the ferry...before the sea sickness kicked in!

Our hotel- Absolute Bliss in Imerovigli, Santorini

The view from our balcony- and what I wake up to in the morning!

Linc relaxing in his bathrobe before dinner and the sunset began.

Admiring the beautiful view as the evening comes to a close.

The last of the sun before we headed inside for the night.
It got surprisingly cold and windy as soon as the sun went down!

The tiny hand held shower, which I am embarrassed to admit,
took us quite a while (and one phone call) to figure out how to use!

Who wouldn't want to choose their own octopus for lunch...?

The sign doesn't lie! Now I am off to take a nap =)
